However, customers sometimes find that the filling accuracy of the filling and sealing machine is not satisfactory. In the actual use process, in order to ensure the filling accuracy, the user needs to pay attention to several aspects:
First, before the operation of the hose filling and sealing machine, the metering pump needs to be idled for a few minutes to eliminate the bubbles in the filling rotary valve pipe. When the filling air pressure is stable and the filling is not sprayed, the filling accuracy can be guaranteed.
Second, if the filling tail sealing machine cannot defoaming in the pipe for a long time during the filling process, it is necessary to check whether there is air leakage in the filling pump, whether there is a problem with the piston seal ring in the filling material cylinder, and whether there are problems at other seals.
Third, if there are many particles and impurities in the filled materials, and the filling accuracy is inaccurate, it is necessary to check whether there are impurities stuck in the valve piece, resulting in incomplete closing of the one-way valve, resulting in inaccurate filling volume.
