The filling and sealing machine is widely used in our daily life. The filling and sealing machine mainly has three kinds of filling methods: superheated steam, air pressure and its pressure, and the suitable packaging products are different.
1. Superheated steam canning method
This category generally raises the discharge tank to increase the pressure. It can be canned with its own weight as the driving force, which is suitable for the production of milk with good fluidity and low viscosity, red wine and other commodities.
2. Air pressure canning method
In this category, the pressure in the bottle must be less than the atmospheric pressure, and then the product shall be filled and canned according to the basic concept of standard air pressure equalization. Generally speaking, this kind of filling and tail sealing machine has simple structure, but the middle of the components has good sealing performance and has no great provisions on the viscosity of raw materials. It can be used for the production of sugar paddles, raw oil, sauce and other commodities.
3. Pressure tank filling method
This category is to do canning well under the specification of higher than atmospheric pressure. One category is to use the pressure in the discharge tank, which is similar to the pressure in the bottle, and inject the liquid material into the bottle by the weight, which is also called isobaric canning. In addition, a kind of booster piston rod is added at the top of the discharge tank to promote production. Common canned products include wine, champagne, drinks with steam, etc.
