B. Gls-ii composite hose pipe making machine is designed and developed by our company on the basis of the second generation pipe making machine and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The machine adopts fuzzy control technology, integrating machine, electricity and gas. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault alarm, non-stop sheet rewinding, accurate positioning of rotary cutter, stable performance and simple maintenance.
The machine takes aluminum-plastic composite sheet and all plastic composite sheet as raw materials and adopts high-frequency welding technology to produce composite hoses of various specifications. The welds of the products produced are straight and firm, and the cutting is accurate and beautiful.
This machine can be matched with B. ZJ - II full-automatic shoulder injection machine produced by our company to form a full-automatic pipe production line.
The non-stop roll changing mechanism is adopted, which has the characteristics of high sheet utilization rate, low labor intensity, safe use and so on.
The unit mainly includes: automatic unwinding device, docking platform, reservoir, automatic trimming mechanism, automatic forming device, high-frequency welding mechanism, all plastic composite welding mechanism, vertical and horizontal indexing mechanism, automatic pipe feeding mechanism, automatic control tracking rotary cutting device and man-machine interface control system.
